The pendant is also convertible, allowing one to remove the bale and wear the sophisticated cameo as a brooch. The carved stone depicts a couple in a passionate embrace, rendered in a neoclassical style. Large arches form the setting, and the man grasps a tall spear as the lovers lock eyes. The passionate scene is encircled by a halo of white diamonds, totaling approximately 4.50 carats. Set in 18K yellow gold.
