Exhibiting the trademark blue-green hue, the gem is certified by the American Gemological Laboratories as being entirely natural and Brazilian in origin. Since the majority of these stones have been heated for clarity enhancement, to find an untreated stone of this size is exceptionally rare. Set in platinum, the oval mixed-cut gemstone is enhanced by diamonds totaling 2.42 carats.
